1. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order and it is successfully paid and confirmed, we typically process the order within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note: order placement time, payment verification delays or address issues may extend processing time.

2. Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

  • After dispatch, typical delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days for most urban locations within India.
  • For remote, rural or hard‑to‑reach areas, delivery may take longer – please allow additional time.
  • Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address, weight and dimensions of the package, and preferred shipping method. All applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your shipment status. If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us at the details below.

5. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

  • We will make one or more attempts to deliver your order to the address you have provided. If you are not present or the address is inaccessible, the courier may attempt again.
  • If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability of recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for re‑dispatch or you may be offered cancellation/refund.
  • Please ensure you provide a full and correct shipping address, including phone number and any relevant delivery instructions.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, road or transport disruptions, strikes, public holidays or other events outside our control. We will communicate significant delays to you promptly.

7. Shipping Restrictions & Service Areas

We deliver to most pin‑codes across India. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you with alternatives or offer a full refund. Certain high‑risk or remote areas may have restricted services or additional charges.

8. Inspection on Delivery

We recommend you inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you observe any damage, spoilage, or discrepancy (missing items, wrong products) please refuse the delivery or accept with reservation, take photographs, and contact us within 24 hours. This helps us expedite investigation and resolution.
